They achieve precise operations such as pesticide spraying, seed sowing, and fertilizer application through ground remote control or autonomous navigation. This equipment uses BeiDou/GPS dual-mode positioning and RTK centimeter-level accuracy technology, and is equipped with a centrifugal nozzle atomization device. The rotor airflow enhances the penetration of the pesticide solution, saving 50% on pesticides and 90% on water consumption.
Spraying Technology and Atomization: The spraying system employs centrifugal atomizing nozzles or electrostatic spraying technology to atomize the pesticide solution into fine droplets of 50-150 micrometers. A high-voltage electrostatic field charges the droplets, causing them to actively adhere to the crop surface, particularly increasing deposition rates on the underside of leaves and reducing drift.
Environmental Sensing and Intelligent Control: The drone is equipped with multispectral or NDVI sensors to monitor crop growth and pest distribution in real time. AI algorithms dynamically adjust flight altitude, speed, and spray volume to achieve variable-rate application. For example, based on changes in field humidity or crop health, the system automatically optimizes pesticide concentration and flow rate, improving pesticide utilization.
